What is Cardio-Box?
Cardio-Boxing is 100% cardiovascular exercise where we focus on the physics of each person to progress the intensity and technique of the basic punches in this sport.
The exercises are based on the same training techniques that are used by professional boxers. We use gloves, a punch bag, and other materials for the physical training (dumbbells, a fitness ball, resistance bands, etc.).
You will enjoy a full hour of feeling like a real boxer, and at the same time releasing tension, boosting your energy and having loads of fun while you are improving your physical and your cardiovascular health.
